rZamba is dedicated to ensuring the holistic well-being of children through quality and equitable education in Ladakh and beyond. Located with a primary address at NH1, Kargil Tehsil, Ladakh 194103, IN, rZamba envisions a future where every child in Ladakh has access to equitable, quality education, driving lasting and meaningful change for the region and beyond.

The "Holistic Child Well-Being Initiative" (HCWI) by rZamba addresses critical gaps in the government school system in Ladakh, starting from the Kargil District. With a focus on children from ECCE and foundational learning age groups, the program prioritizes stakeholder collaboration with Village Education Committees, school administrators, parents, and the education department. Aligned with NEP 2020, HCWI has three key verticals: improving learning experiences, community and parent engagement, and strengthening school processes.

Since 2019, rZamba's programs have directly benefitted over 8000 children, engaging 300+ VEC members and 4000+ parents across 70+ communities in Ladakh. rZamba continues to expand its reach and impact.
