Redefining Higher Education on a digital context based on EU best practices and policy recommendations
Re-Direction Project is dedicated to redefining higher education in a digital context, drawing upon EU best practices and policy recommendations. The organization focuses on transformative initiatives that address the challenges arising from the expansion of digital usage in higher education. Re-Direction Project brings together national actors and stakeholders to showcase the needs of various Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Ukraine and Georgia, operating on a country-level perspective.
The core mission of Re-Direction Project involves training staff and trainers in redesigned curricula, and crafting policy recommendations to address connectivity issues in remote HEIs. The ultimate goals are to meet labor market needs, satisfy learners’ needs, match essential skills with available jobs, adapt to rapidly changing workplace requirements, and promote innovative skills. Re-Direction Project aims to reinforce Ukrainian and Georgian Universities with innovative teaching methods by redesigning and updating current curricula to encompass digitalization, sustainability, and inclusivity.
Re-Direction Project is committed to creating homogenous change across target country HEIs. A Methodological Framework, developed through comprehensive desk and field research, highlights current trends, societal skills demand, and best practices while identifying gaps and inefficiencies. The development phase of the curricula includes both core and specialized courses, validated by a Consultation Committee to ensure standards are maintained and regulations are followed. The project places significant emphasis on remote HEIs and institutions serving vulnerable communities. We invite the management of Re-Direction Project to create a customized and exclusive company showcase and product listing on our platform.
