Proud to be a Chef is dedicated to recognizing and rewarding the invaluable contributions of chefs to the culinary industry. With a focus on education and mentorship, Proud to be a Chef brings together 32 talented culinary students from across Australia for an immersive experience. Participants engage in hands-on mentoring and inspirational master classes led by top Australian chefs and mentors, guided by Executive Chef Mark Normoyle.

The program culminates in an unforgettable experience in Melbourne, where finalists receive return flights, three nights' accommodation, and the opportunity to dine at award-winning restaurants. Proud to be a Chef also provides the chance to connect with industry leaders and collaborate with a food photographer to create an original recipe. Proud to be a Chef fuels the passion and supports the growth of future culinary stars.
