Midden Nederland Leert is dedicated to ensuring high-quality education with an adequate supply of teachers and school leaders in vocational and secondary vocational education. Operating as an education region, Midden Nederland Leert collaborates with teachers, school leaders, educators, and government bodies to address the shortage of educators in the central Netherlands region. Together, they are committed to providing quality education by inspiring both new and current teachers, career changers, young people, and status holders to choose a career in education.

Midden Nederland Leert aims to counteract the quantitative and qualitative shortage of teachers and school leaders in the region by jointly learning, organizing smartly, and working on the recruitment, matching, training, guidance, and professionalization of educators and school leaders. Comprising 28 pre-vocational institutions, 5 secondary vocational institutions, and 11 training institutes, Midden Nederland Leert connects these educational institutions, teachers, school leaders, educators, and local authorities in a regional collaboration.
