The International Association of Athletic Administrators & Coaches (IAAAC) is dedicated to enhancing school athletic programs through collaboration and professional development. Since its founding in 2008, the IAAAC has fostered a strong network where Athletic Directors, Coaches, Outdoor Educators, Aquatic Specialists, and PE teachers can share best practices and elevate international sports education.

The IAAAC’s unique approach promotes collaboration across all five key areas of school athletics. By integrating insights from PE teachers, who provide crucial support and conditioning knowledge, and Athletic Directors, who gain insights into both PE and Coaching, the IAAAC creates comprehensive and successful athletic programs. Outdoor and aquatics educators also contribute significantly to the development of program philosophies, ensuring a well-rounded and effective approach to sports education.
