ESDEV Foundation Africa is dedicated to fostering socio-economic transformation across the African continent through comprehensive education and skills development initiatives. As a Pan-African, not-for-profit, and non-governmental organization, ESDEV Foundation Africa focuses on empowering African youth with the tools they need to drive sustainable growth. Headquartered in Accra, Ghana, at No. 2 Kweku Boi Street, Adenta, ESDEV Foundation Africa collaborates with partners worldwide to achieve its mission.

ESDEV Foundation Africa is committed to developing the manpower needs of African youth by equipping them with 21st-century skills that facilitate employment and wealth creation. The Foundation supports youth development initiatives led by governments, NGOs, and other institutions, and promotes intercultural youth exchanges through education, skills training, volunteerism, and peer learning. ESDEV Foundation Africa also provides advisory services to governments and non-governmental organizations in the areas of education and skills training, and empowers young girls and boys through mentoring and coaching programs aimed at building sustainable careers.
