Black Men Teach is a dynamic community network dedicated to addressing inequalities faced by Black men in the education sector. Through amplifying voices and celebrating successes, Black Men Teach is creating a powerful impact. Located primarily in London, with additional presences in Bedford and Manchester, GB, Black Men Teach focuses on fostering a supportive environment for educators.

Black Men Teach operates through four key pillars: Forums/Talks, Mentoring/Support, Community Hub, and Outreach. These initiatives include conferences, CPD, research discussions, one-to-one mentoring, safe spaces for reflection, and community-building events. The organization also extends its work into secondary schools and universities to change the narrative around careers in education and improve recruitment practices.
