Founded in 1971, our mission is to mobilize the resources of families and community members to help young people realize their full potential and become productive members of society. Located at 2929 19th St, San Francisco, California 94110, US, Jamestown Community Center provides a full range of services, including afterschool programs, sports, STEM activities, tutoring, and college and career counseling.
