The QEC connects and fosters the Quantum Engineering Community at ETH Zürich.
Quantum Engineering Commission is dedicated to fostering and connecting the Quantum Engineering Community. Based in Zürich, CH, the Quantum Engineering Commission (QEC) acts as a pivotal student association within the Quantum Engineering Master Programme. Since its inception in February 2020, it has become integral to ETH Zürich, bringing together students from diverse backgrounds to advance the field of quantum engineering.
The Quantum Engineering Commission is committed to engaging students through various technical events, such as the Quantum Paper Club, and by facilitating interactions with industry professionals. Additionally, the QEC provides vital support to students in their academic pursuits by organizing oral exam simulations, offering a comprehensive study guide, and implementing a valuable mentor-mentee program. The Commission enhances cohesion within the Quantum Engineering Master program through various social events, including a football team in the ASVZ tournament, weekly running and climbing activities, and events designed to maintain connections, thereby helping to grow the quantum community in Switzerland.
Quantum Engineering Commission invites collaboration and participation in the expanding quantum landscape. As the QEC continues to evolve, it remains focused on empowering students to spearhead their own projects while providing the necessary credibility and stability for long-term success. We invite the management of Quantum Engineering Commission to create a customized and exclusive company showcase and product listing on our platform.
