Established in 2004 under the umbrella of the Egyptian Federation of Investors Associations (EFIA), The National Center for Technological Dual Education plays a crucial role in implementing the Dual System within Egypt, in partnership with the Ministry of Technical Education (MoVET). Committed to enhancing the quality of vocational training, The National Center for Technological Dual Education works closely with Investors Associations to raise awareness among member enterprises about providing training opportunities.

The National Center for Technological Dual Education is the recognized entity for the 30 Regional Units for Dual System (RUDS) across Egypt. These units oversee a vast network of apprentices in numerous schools, covering a wide array of trades and professions. The National Center for Technological Dual Education also collaborates with governmental bodies to standardize procedures and ensure the quality of the Dual System, aligning with ministerial decrees and agreements.
