AJAC | Advanced Manufacturing Apprenticeships is dedicated to creating the Pacific Northwest's next generation of workforce training solutions. Since its launch in 2008 with the support of Washington State, AJAC has been instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive apprenticeship programs to enhance the aerospace and advanced manufacturing sectors. AJAC serves approximately 400 apprentices annually across nearly 300 companies, fostering partnerships with 12 community colleges to ensure apprentices receive college credits toward a journey-level certificate.
