Located in Northampton, GB, C&B CareerLink pairs mentors from companies across the UK with undergraduate mentees, matching them based on shared interests, backgrounds, and education. This partnership aims to provide mentees with the confidence and knowledge to maximize their employability.

C&B CareerLink offers a range of services to underrepresented groups in engineering, including one-to-one mentoring from industry professionals, CV/cover letter writing assistance, and mock interviews/assessment centers. By leveraging the knowledge and experience of its mentor network and working with industry contacts, C&B CareerLink signposts opportunities specifically to its mentees. Since launching its mentoring program in August 2020, C&B CareerLink has already helped numerous engineering undergraduates secure graduate positions, demonstrating the program's effectiveness and impact.
