Equal Justice is a leading civic and social organization committed to making law and legal help more accessible to Hong Kong’s most disadvantaged people. Located at Primary: 23 Dundas St, 301 3F King Centre, Yau Tsim Mong, Kowloon, Hong Kong SAR, HK, and Wing Wo St, 23/F Chun Wo Commercial Centre, Central and Western District, HK, Equal Justice operates as a vital bridge, connecting individuals with the legal support and information they need to navigate complex challenges. Equal Justice partners with over 100 law firms and over 50 NGOs, fostering a collaborative environment to enhance access to justice through key impact streams.

Equal Justice proactively engages with the community through free legal education programs, reaching thousands of attendees and culminating in events like Community Legal Education Month. Equal Justice also provides direct, face-to-face legal information and support at its Community Legal Centre, offering referrals to lawyers and mental health counselors. Over 2,000 people living at or below the poverty line have already benefited from the organization’s assistance with legal problems spanning family law, employment, discrimination, and more. Equal Justice is dedicated to innovation and systemic change.

Equal Justice utilizes digital solutions and initiatives like Community Legal Access in Hong Kong, CLIX, and Pregnant@Work to ensure no one is left behind.
