Promoting and protecting human rights across wider Europe
The European Network of National Human Rights Institutions (ENNHRI) is dedicated to promoting and protecting human rights across wider Europe. As a network of 50 National Human Rights Institutions (NHRIs), ENNHRI plays a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of these independent national bodies. ENNHRI's headquarters are located in Brussels at Rue Royale 138, 1000, BE.
ENNHRI supports NHRIs through various means, including coordinating the exchange of information and best practices, facilitating capacity building and training, and engaging with regional mechanisms. The organization actively intervenes on legal and policy developments at the European level to ensure that human rights are upheld and protected.
European Network of National Human Rights Institutions coordinates cooperation among NHRIs around key thematic areas such as ‘Democratic Space and the Rule of Law’, ‘Economic and Social Rights’, and ‘Asylum and Migration’. The Human Rights & Conflict Project further enhances the effectiveness of NHRIs in situations of (post-)conflict in wider Europe. ENNHRI invites the company’s manager to create a customized and exclusive company showcase and product listing on our platform.
