Aditus Foundation is dedicated to monitoring, reporting, and acting on access to human rights for individuals and groups. Founded in 2011, Aditus Foundation operates on the principles of universality, interdependence, and indivisibility of all human rights. The foundation adopts a broad perspective, addressing themes such as discrimination and access to effective remedies, with a focus on Malta and highlighting the regional and international implications of local obstacles.

Based in Ħamrun, Malta, at 1A Triq is-Santissima Trinitá, MRS 2280, MT, Aditus Foundation engages in identifying priority areas, formulating advocacy strategies, and working towards improvements in legal and administrative standards. This includes offering pro bono legal information and advice while maintaining constant communication and cooperation with governmental, intergovernmental, and non-governmental entities to maintain a comprehensive approach. Aditus Foundation is committed to engaging the public in well-informed and unbiased human rights discourse, using press statements, TV, radio appearances, and the Internet to disseminate information, raise public awareness, and gather advocacy support.
