Brush Creek Distillery's core spirits include the Brush Creek Blend of Straight Bourbon Whiskey, Brush Creek Straight Rye Whiskey, Brush Creek New American Gin, and Brush Vodka. The distillery also features cask-finished special releases, such as Brush Creek “Honig” and Brush Creek “Chimney Rock” Cabernet Cask-Finished Blend of Straight Bourbon Whiskey. In 2021/2022, Brush Creek Distillery introduced the inaugural release of Brush Creek “Railroad Rye” Straight Rye Whiskey (Boxcar #1), a limited release of mature rye whiskey barrels that traveled over 1200 miles along the Transcontinental Railway.
