Located in Trichy, Tamil Nadu at NIT Trichy, The Third Dimension Aeromodelling Club is at the forefront of innovation, focusing on motion in the third dimension and the principles of achieving flight.

With a strong emphasis on modeling electrically propelled airplanes, drones, and hovercrafts, The Third Dimension Aeromodelling Club actively participates in aeromodelling competitions held across India. The dedicated “Glider Team” designs fixed-wing aircraft tailored to the requirements of various competitions, including the Aero Design Challenge by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE). Additionally, the club is deeply involved in drone design, path planning, and enhancing drone applications for real-world problem-solving.
