The Automobile and Touring Club of the United Arab Emirates (ATCUAE) stands as the officially nominated representative of the FIA, the world's governing body for motor sport, within the UAE. Additionally, ATCUAE represents its motor cycling, karting, and classic car counterparts, namely the FIM, CIK, and FIVA. Established in 1965, the ATCUAE has a strong presence with offices across the Emirates, including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, and Al Ain, managing an extensive calendar of approximately 140 events encompassing diverse disciplines such as circuit racing, rallying, drag racing, and motocross.

Located at Al Mamzar, Al Wuheida Street, Dubai, AE, the Automobile and Touring Club of the United Arab Emirates delivers a wide range of services. These include the provision of International Driving Permits for both nationals and expatriates traveling abroad and the Carnet de Passage en Douane (CPD), an international customs document facilitating the temporary admission of motor vehicles. In its role as an Active Member of the International Road Transport Union (IRU), the ATCUAE is implementing the TIR project in the UAE, alongside other initiatives related to the IRU academy.

The ATCUAE is deeply involved in various initiatives related to Road Safety, Motorsports, notably the AD Desert Challenge, and overall Mobility.
