Fort Wainwright - Transition Assistance Program (TAP) is dedicated to providing comprehensive support and resources to eligible transitioning soldiers. As a Commander’s Program and a Soldier’s responsibility, TAP ensures that service members with at least 180 days of Title 10 active duty service have access to the tools and knowledge necessary for a successful transition to civilian life.
